Shinjiro glanced around the unfamiliar world around him, wondering how he was on the ground, safe and sound, when mere moments ago he was several hundred feet in the air after willingly falling out of a building. The air seemed different, untouched, and had this air about it like it had achieved some sort of peace he was disrupting. He finally dropped out of his habitual battle stance, sheathing his katana made of several different metals for each part to make it the nearly perfect weapon. He flexed his mechanical left arm, the fingers like claws, and headed in the direction of a path he saw, hoping his hulking, armoured frame didn’t attract too much attention. He didn’t see any angels or demons about, but they could always be hidden from him.

He kept on walking, finally entering a small, quiet village that seemed rather disturbed by his presence. He checked to make sure his helmet had it’s breathing apparatus intact, so he didn’t inhale any toxic or dangerous fumes just in case. He had no idea where he was, but he was still armed and had taken on many powerful foes.

“Mm?” Rena mumbled as she spotted an stranger walking down the road, his body coated in many things that were foreign to the girl. At first she debated on attacking him, seeing as how his weapons were sheathed, but she later decided a friendlier approach.

Now going up to him, practically jogging to him since he was a good distance away, she was able to catch up to him. She waved as a gesture of a greeting, smiling to reinforce her friendliness.

“Good morning, old man. Are you lost?” She spoke in the most polite way possible, careful to not sound too polite as she added a hint of her casual cuteness to it.

Shinjiro felt his eye twitch when the girl said ‘old man’, nor didn’t seem to notice the cuteness she added. He turned his head to her and said, ” I am Shinjiro, former high general of the P.O.W.E.R. faction. Just where is this place? What happened to it all? It’s almost like the apocalypse never happened here. Heck, I swear it’s like the 1900’s again.”
